We are beginning our 4th Legislative Day and it reminds many of us of the movie "Groundhog Day". It's been very tiring with Legislative Committee hearings and meetings. Not much substantive can be reported to date as the "hot button" issues of B-033 and related resolutions are still working their way through committee. The next 2-3 days will more than likely see these move to the table for discussion and debate in both Houses. Stay tuned.The Program, Budget. and Finance Committee has their work cut out and the issue of the 2010-2012 Budget will be a difficult one.
